DAY 1 September 17, 2021 The theme for today is Prayer
Today on the Mayan calendar is the day of E with the tone 11. Today, we honor all the paths we’ve traveled which have been necessary to understand to be closer to our own destiny. A path with heart is all we need.
E is the road, the destination and indicates the way and the steps that we must follow in life, teaching us our own destiny, the path from our hearts. E is action and travel. The day of E leads us and guides us on the right path. E leads our way from the Heart of Earth to the Heart of Heaven. In other words, it is our thoughts and actions that are born from our minds, that which we take to our hearts to know what path to take in life.
E is the second day of our calendar and it gives us energy to act, to undertake.
The energy of Nawal E is located in the soles of the feet, and in Mother Earth it is represented by the paths that we travel daily.
Today our Grandmothers and Grandfathers tell us it is a sacred day and beautiful day to start a spiritual path, to analyze our steps in life and to plan for new directions, to chart and meet our goals in life and to ask for our loved ones to reach their destination and be protected during travel.

DAY 2 September 18, 2021 The theme for today is Wisdom
Today on the Mayan Calendar is the day of Aj with the tone of 12. Today, we honor all of the plants, trees, forests, sprouts, blossoms, hope and the abundance of life. Our sacred work is a sacred energy that makes us useful according to the capacity of each individual. There are infinite possibilities in which we can contribute to our family and community. Let’s make our contribution something worthy that makes this world a better place.
Aj is power as a result of balance and harmony in nature. The sowing of our crops serves as a healing provision for our home, the guidance of the sacred staff. Aj is hope that overcomes negativity. The day that Life overcomes death and chaos. Aj is a precise day for renewal, purification, the resurgence of firmness, so that through our daily tasks we can live with fullness and dignity.
Aj represents the unity of actions, the seven manifestations of the abundance of the great Ajaw, which are: Fire, Water, Air, Earth, Heart of Heaven, Heart of Earth, and the center of divine power.
Today our Grandmothers and Grandfathers tell us it is a sacred day and beautiful day for the spiritual and material blossoming. A good day to be thankful and ask for abundance. A day for harmonizing our physical space. A day to give hope to those who are lost. A day to thank the power of plants and trees and listen to their secrets and ask for wisdom.
May wisdom, hope and love harmonize our work and our purpose on Earth.

DAY 3 September 19, 2021 The theme for today is Friendship
Today on the Mayan Calendar is the day of I’x with the tone of 13. Today, we honor our great Mother Earth in her magical power. Look at the ants, the birds, the reptiles. Look at the star families. Their lineage is strong because each member contributes to their group. Today may we understand that our contribution to our families and communities is vital and that it is the magic of Mother Earth. This is the secret of creation.
I’x is the Jaguar or Woman. It is the Nawal of women, Mother Earth, the Jaguar, magic, and the ability to listen to the Creator in nature. It is the femininity present in all species. The life-bearing energy in charge of protecting and caring for offspring. I’x is the jaguar that brings balance to the jungle, to beauty and to feelings.
I’x is our wife, daughter, mother, sister, friend. Mother Earth is a beautiful woman dressed in beautiful terrains. From her breasts are the mountains that sprout life, water, lakes; we venerate and respect her for her infinite goodness.
I’x represents the creativity of the universe. I’x is the day to give thanks to the work that women do in our community and family. It is also the day to honor Mother Earth.
Today our Grandmothers and Grandfathers tell us is a sacred and beautiful day to thank, honor, protect and connect with Mother Earth and all women. To strengthen our feminine essence and to pray for the life and well-being of all beings who are children of Mother Earth. Today, we give thanks for the sacred altars, to recognize the magical and creative powers of the universe, to pray for the crops and the wisdom of Mother Earth.
May we honor Mother Earth and use this day to apologize to Mother Earth for any harm we have caused.

DAY 4 September 20, 2021 The theme for today is Enlightenment
Today on the Mayan Calendar it is the day of Tz’ikin with the tone of 1. Today, we honor our communications with Creator, our visions and dreams, the sacred Eagle, the sacred Condor, and the sacred Quetzal. We can transform our life through the eyes with which we look at it. The ability to see the magic of what surrounds us helps us find our happiness.
Tz’ikin means bird. It represents luck and fortune, productivity and communication. Tz’ikin is the authority between Heaven and Earth, “the intermediary” who carries and brings messages between the Creator and mankind. Tz’ikin is in charge of carrying seeds, bringing both material and spiritual wealth. It is the Nawal that brings us closer to our happiness so as not to desire what others have and possess. Tz’ikin is freedom and mastery of the air, independence, strength and communication between species.
According to the story of the Elders, it was the day that mankind understood the language of the birds, they communicated to the humans where the sacred corn was, and for this reason it is the day of luck and fortune.
Tz’ikin is productivity, and in these times, it represents money and business, our dreams and our visions. Tz’ikin is happiness when reaching our goals. For that reason, we seek our own dreams and build our own wealth without desiring the wealth of others.
Today our Grandmothers and Grandfathers tell us it is a sacred day and beautiful day to be grateful and pray for the vision of our past, present and future. To pray for luck, fortune, good economy and prosperity. To pray for our dreams and our visions, both personal and community. Today we discover what makes us happy, to interpret the messages of the winged beings and receive good wishes. Today, we receive messages in dreams, give and receive happiness, and release the energy of money.

DAY 5 September 21, 2021 The theme for today is Peace
Today on the Mayan Calendar it is the day of Ajmaq with the tone of 2. Today we honor our Grandmothers and Grandfathers, sacred Elder spirits, and ask them to teach us to expand our prayer in the four directions, from the Heart of Earth to the Heart of Heaven.
Ajmaq etymologically means expansion, forgiveness, it is the Nawal of the word, the errors, the greater spirits, the harmony and the expansion of the energy. Ajmaq is the Nawal that helps us to not make mistakes and prevent them. Ajmaq facilitates communication with the older spirits, our first Grandparents. Ajmaq is the ruling energy of creation and our first Grandparents, who dwell beyond the stars. Ajmaq is our Ancestors who protect us from other realms and are intermediaries before the great Ajaw, Creator and shaper.
On Ajmaq days, it is important to be careful with the word, since on this day the word expands in a stronger way creating positive or negative changes. Every word that comes out of our lips on this day becomes very powerful. For that reason, we must be careful not to speak or swear in vain, since illness and healing come through the heart and materializes through the word. Ajmaq is the Nawal to apologize for our mistakes.
Today our Grandmothers and Grandfathers tell us it is a sacred and beautiful day to forgive yourself, to ask for forgiveness and to forgive the mistakes made both with ourselves, with our fellow man and with the Creator and shape. We acknowledge mistakes and ask for wisdom so we don’t make them again. It is a good day to honor the sacred spirits (our first Grandparents), honor our word and not speak in vain. It is a day to apologize for the mistakes previous generations have made and to cut generational chords. It is a day to abandon our bad habits and cure any type of illness, a day to harmonize and expand our energy, a day to cleanse the aura.
